The Little Things
"We have too many high sounding words, and too few actions that correspond with them." ~Abigail Adams
"You ask me why I do not write something....I think one's feelings waste themselves in words, they ought all to be distilled into actions and into actions which bring results." ~Florence Nightingale
Since my car accident, it's has been becoming more apparent to me who is and isn't concerned with my health and well being. It's not only about the words they've spoken but also the actions they've taken. The moves they've made. What happened in making sure that I was ok? What happened to checking up on me? Helping me? Comforting me? It's ok, though. It's ok. If you have any interest in knowing about the accident and how a boy almost died... call.
People keep asking why I don't post much anymore... well the truth is I feel that my words are becoming more empty with each post but mainly because I feel they are "falling on deaf ears". People aren't reading it anymore and few of those who do read actually care about what it says.
I have a personal motto (ok, so I have a lot of them, lol). Three words: KNOW. CARE. ACT. Knowledge is power, and in that strength a person has the ability to make change but first they must care. You have to care about the matter at hand in order to make a positive change that would be worth while but that can only happen after you act.
A question and food for thought:
Should the countries of the world initiate a population control effort by limiting the number of children a family can have? A limit of 2. Why? Why not? My answer to this is: YES. I'll give my reasoning in my next post.

It all depends on why we blog. Are we blogging for ourselves, or for others? It's difficult not to be affected by a lack of readership.
Why do I go on blogging then? I have no idea ... maybe I myself will stop blogging one day ... I guess it's because I love to write ...
