"Things that happen before you were born still affect you and people who came before your time affect you as well. We move through places every day that would never have been if not for those who came before us." ~Mitch Albom (the five people you meet in heaven)It was such a beautiful day out today. Finally a day where one could wear a short sleeve shirt (even shorts) and not freeze in the breeze (oh it rhymes, lol). Soon the amusement parks will open for the season. That will be a grand time. I'm contemplating renting a cabin in Cook Forrest for a weekend or so and do some canoeing and hiking. It will be a nice little get away from the world. Some relaxation time.
I enjoy getting out and doing fun things. Daniel and I are going to see Cirque Du Soleil: Verakei on Wednesday. I am so excited. I've wanted to see a Cirque show for some time now. I'm hoping to sometime soon also hit up the skating rink - which I've done in about 2 years. But so enjoy it. Bowling... lol. The list just goes on. It's just a matter of finding someone available to them all with.
When the trees get their leaves and are looking all full, lush and pretty I plan on having some pictures done. Grow leaves - grow.
I acquired a great tan when I was in FL - my only real one ever - and I'm hoping maybe I can get a slight one going this summer. I seem to be permanently slightly darker, so I'm hoping my skin retained the ability to tan and not just burn to a nice deep red. But can't spend too much time in the sun - it's not all that healthy. =o)
